Order Cancel and Exchange

---Before Your Order is Shipped Out

1. If your order cancel request arrives within 24 hours, that is, if you request to cancel your order within 24 hours after you place your order, we will refund you in full with no questions asked. After 24 hours, your Lolita item(s) may have already been started to make, so we can NOT cancel your order, really hope you can understand, thanks very much in advance :) 

2. If you want to change details of the Lolita item(s) you have ordered, such as color, style, fabric, size etc, please let as know, and as long as the tailoring hasn’t begun yet, we will try our best to meet your needs for free. If the change requested requires an extra fee (for example for more or more expensive fabric), we will quote you the cost and wait for your approval first.

NOTE: Once tailoring of your Lolita item(s) begins, we can't change the order. To avoid any problems, please double check your order information at checkout.

---Exchanges and Returns after Shipping:

1. Unless there is a manufacturing fault, please understand that we can’t give exchange or return custom tailored Lolita item(s) due to the unique nature of the products  .

2. We can only accept return or exchange if there is a mistake at the fault of the seller or tailor. Please fully consider this before shopping online, as all our bodies are different, there can sometimes be a difference between stock images and how your finished garment looks after you try it on.

3. There can often be slight differences between size (a couple of centimetres either way) and colour (due to photographing conditions and individual monitor displays).

Although we try our best to assist you at every part of your shopping experience, please be aware that we cannot accept refunds for these reasons
